I am usually a thin broth + chunks of things soup kind of girl but since our throats are fucked up i just made it a chunky soup. but nkw that you mention tofu im thinking of tofu with pork floss. 🤤

it was nicer when it was blended and rly tasted nutritional. can't say im a fan of the taste since i hate spinach but we rly needed the nutrients lol.

If you want a quick solution, i find that ragebaiting myself before a very distressing situation (nervous at job interviews, meeting an abusive family member, etc.) by watching/reading things that guarantee my rage helps me dissociate thru that situation lol
