As I’m sure healing the sick is un-Christian. What a shame she missed out on that ‘place at Stanford Med’.

Anyone?

I said to a friend, who teaches Politics, in March “if he can’t win those mid-terms, they won’t happen.” The response: “I don’t know anyone who’s suggesting that, it would be illegal.” ‘Hopium’ can really screw you up kids…

They do - but it won’t be Starmer, Reeves, Mahmood or McSweeney who suffer under Farage. They’ll probably get cabinet jobs (I jest - but only a little).

One hundred percent this.

This is just a flavour of the “state of emergency” that will be declared ahead of the midterms.

Absolutely this - people seeing this as a victory, I have a bridge I want to sell you. The shredders and incinerators have been working 24/7 for over a year. He’s never going to serve time for this - love to be wrong.

77m voted for him less than a year ago. A convicted fraudster and rapist, insurrectionist, infantile, draft-dodging sadist. 85m didn’t bother to vote (didn’t care). If a person admired Peter Sutcliffe following his conviction, would finding out he had parking fines become a deal breaker?
November 26, 2025 at 9:34 PM
How? How could 77million people have voted for him less than a year ago (some three times)knowing he was a convicted rapist, fraudster, insurrectionist, draft-dodger, racist aand vindictive sadist? How could 85m have not bothered to vote at all? Trump isn’t the problem, America is.
November 26, 2025 at 8:26 PM
She ain’t book-smart but she sure played the voters and won!

Absolutely BUT I always feel like asking the ruddy-faced-apoplectic jerk in the Question Time audience who says “we can’t afford that as a country - we shouldn’t borrow money to fund things we can’t pay for now!” if he’s ever had a mortgage or business loan or even heard of the concept.
November 26, 2025 at 8:16 PM
Try as I might, I can’t imagine Farage as a spite-filled, belligerent, racist, teenage bully with demagogic aspirations. How the years have mellowed him.
November 26, 2025 at 8:47 AM
Absolutely this!

Ferrari again defending “the poor bosses” who can afford to run a business but can’t afford to pay people £10.80 an hour? Never mind, the taxpayer can subsidise your business…
November 26, 2025 at 8:00 AM
Apart from disappoint everyone who thought he and Torsten Bell might be a breath of fresh air and a force for good in government?
November 26, 2025 at 7:54 AM
Whereas, Trump’s grandfather was a draft-dodger and an illegal migrant. He was stripped of German citizenship for evading military service and became an American citizen due to the benevolence of the USA. We have only ourselves to blame I guess…

And whilst we’re on the subject of replacements…

Yes, agreed but what about the people who walk amongst us who saw the convicted rapist, fraudster, draft-dodging, infantile, insurrectionist, sadist and thought “that’s my guy!” Some of them three times! He didn’t get to do this on his own, you know.
November 26, 2025 at 7:31 AM
I don’t mean make people depressed but I think we need to understand the scale of the problem. By 1946 you could have accommodated all the German people who still admitted to voting for “you know who” into a small local branch of McDonald’s.
November 25, 2025 at 2:30 PM
Ok 77 million is the official figure but let’s be generous and say 20% of the vote was rigged - that’s still more adult people than the total population of the UK, people who had no brain, no moral compass or both - never mind the absentees. All we can do is wait and see now…
November 25, 2025 at 2:01 PM
Yes but - over 77 million voted for a known sociopath, criminal and insurrectionist (many three times) and 85 million didn’t think it worth voting to stop him. That was just a year ago. Say “no”? Most said “YES!” or “Meh” at best. They’d already lost their moral compass.
