The pot luck went well yesterday. My neighbor and the apartment manager loved my red beans and sausage so much, I told them to split the rest and take it home.
I'm just gonna eat freezer meals the rest of the week until Xmas Eve. I'll bake some lambchops. Then, chicken and waffles on Christmas.

Accountability: I forced myself to take a long, thorough shower even though I didn't feel like it. I also cooked and ate two meals today, and put beans on to soak for tomorrow's pot luck (making Creole red beans and rice again). Now to catch up on medication and hydration.

My neighbor died less than a day ago and all of his clothing is in garbage bags in the breezeway. Five bags of clothing, shoes, etc. I don't understand superstition, especially outside of my culture, but I'm guessing there's a sense of urgency to remove his stuff? Man's not even in the ground yet.

That's not the only place I bought food and fuel, of course, but it is the primary one.
If that's all until I renew in January, it averages to less than $200 a month, which is good.
I need to give up fast food (other than pizza, fight me) and dump soda (failed so far).
