I just stumbled upon a group doing a tasting of my cider in The Hop Inn Craft Beer shop in Halifax. That was fortuitous.

£6 [Six] for a full day's travel around West Yorkshire is a bargain and should be rolled out nationally. I should be able to go wherever I want for 6 quid on local transport. I can't imagine it'd cost any more as there's only so far you can go. The scenery is amazing, we are so lucky here.

#keevewatch25 The decanted keeve is fermenting nice and slowly, a bit of froth on surface but not much, shows that it's nice Nd slow. Another container where I put the bits that had cloud and floaters seems to have devoted a fresh chapeau brun. Should be enough to fill a demijon. It all counts

#Keevewatch25 Day 8! And we've decanted? Beautifully clear and tasty juice. 1.060 on the richter scale. Fermentation is starting so fingers crossed. Will rack again this time next week.
