These 3x3mm QFNs are not in the manufacturer's catalogue, so the original footprint (left) is now closer to the edge (right) for post-soldering.

Could it be my phrasing? Should I say the inner elevator can “move across” levels instead of “go between” them to make it make sense? This one was GPT-5 mini though, as I reached my GPT-5 token limit.

This example failed in GPT-4 already, but I didn’t want to nitpick, hoping that GPT-5 would be better at not consistently sticking to the reasoning path of the relative motion problem category.
