It’s already bad enough that they are killing alleged drug traffickers instead of capturing them and having them stand trial. But, murdering the survivors of an attack who are no longer a threat wouldn’t even be ok to do in a combat or war situation.

Honestly, this makes me sort of want to watch it more than anything Bill and Stephen told me about it!
