im gonna try to set monthly goals for once cuz i need to get back to below average functioning AT LEAST. once the fatigue is gone then we take on the agoraphobia.....

at the very least i am seeing signs of improvement... went for another walk yesterday and i didn't end up sleeping the whole day away!! there is hope for me...
