We are made from dust and to dust we must return.

Ashes to ashes, earth to earth, dust to dust.

May those still with us find peace & comfort and may those who have departed be met with abundant love and rest eternal.

St Christopher, very stylishly depicted here, is the patron of Travellers. He’s sometimes depicted as a dog-headed man. Growing up, most of my family had a version of this medal in their car for protection, a tradition I adhere to. I also wear a St Christopher necklace anytîme I travel.

Portugese St Anthony of Padua once went to a shoreline to preach and soon hundreds of fish gathered to hear his words (as did the people of the town). He is the Patron of the Lost, including lost items. Catholics pray for his help finding things. TBH I sometimes do as a kind of Hail Mary

Foutin in actually was an amalgam of St Pothinus, thought to be the first bishop of Lyon in what is now France, and Priapus, the Greek god of fertility and, well, dicks.
