That one's slightly more complicated. Per ADA, ESAs only benefit from removed housing restrictions. Though it doesn't eliminate pet fees or having to pay for damages caused by the animal.
The DOT was the one allowing ESAs to fly without the surcharge as a courtesy, which was being taken (con't)

Ah yes, emotional support animals, whose only legal benefit afforded to owners is being allowed to move into living accommodations with no pet policies and still keeping their animal.

It gets even more stupid the further you read into the replies and find out that his "book" is a 700+ page collection of stories he stole from other places that he's "rewritten and modernized" for today's youth.

I live in a state capital which is also a college town. 90% of the city closes at 9pm. It's ridiculous.
