I've just had the pleasure of sitting with a patient for about half an hour, he was an SAS commander on the HMS Sheffield when it was hit during the Falklands war. He was recounting his injuries and how the crew were singing always look on the bright side of life as he was stretchered off.

Finally (hopefully) permanently repaired the 8mm hole in the rear tyre. The repair string did a really good job considering but hopefully it's as good as new now.

I'm bloody furious today, another cyclist murdered on my local roads. I didn't see him! Yeah no shit but why didn't you see him? Not only that but if that lorry had radar this couldn't have happened. Why is it possible that in this day in age, with this level of tech we can't stop this shit.

As I hear of another cyclist murdered while aimlessly enjoying a sunny afternoon I am once again outraged that no one gives a fuck about the fact 30,000 people are KSI on our roads each year.
