I've worked about 11 different jobs that all created new outlook accounts for me, Literally every job I've had in the last 5 years I've had to meet with HR, only for them to kick it up the chain to fix the inevitable problems. I don't have access to my current one and I've been there for a year XD

The worst part is they can switch it back on whenever they want, they don't have to delete any of the information they already scraped and even if you switch it off they don't even have to stop scraping your data, there's nothing stopping them from just ignoring the off switch

Layers are your friend, I usually do a cover, a pair of boxer briefs, pants and occasionally a robe over that. Plastic pants would probably help as well but a cover is usually fairly sealed if it fits well, I'd recommend one with velcro rather than button snaps.
