But today's BIGGEST news was that -- while making my coffee, as always -- I had a TREMENDOUS plot idea! It ably... well, okay, so it doesn't FILL an empty spot, but it gives me a hook to start hanging scenes off of, and that's huge! Plus: it's going to be fun to write!

One scene has the Heroine having TWO confrontations with her in short order, which I'm going to have to fold together. It's a pivotal scene and I'm pretty happy with it as-is, so I can only hope I don't destroy its pacing utterly.

I'm ultimately going to just be making sure this character's arguments all line up, with a touch of tone editing to make sure her moods flow. I'm planning on adding a little more to the group shots she's in -- she has associated chars who need building up -- so I'm not looking too closely.
