We had a nice 5" snowfall here yesterday. Looks so beautiful. Not going to get above freezing so ot will stick around.

Instead of chains, which are a pain to put & take off, see if studded tires are available in your area.
I've used chains & you can't drive w them on dry payment. One link will break & tear up your wheel well.
4WD is best but they don't put them on cars anymore. AWD works OK once you get use to it.

I was told that the oil in Venezuela is heavy crude and we can't process it.
The US processes light crude which is what is got from places like Texas.
More interested in rare earth minerals.

In my last house I had both a big snow blower & a smaller one.
The smaller one was good up to 3". Sometimes I would use it on top of a large amount of snow. I would hold it above and walk behind it. Not perfect but I got enough snow off the top to use it for the rest. My large one was big and heavy

I go to local theater and have seen Guy's and Doll's twice in the past 2 years.

The only unrestrained person in the ambulance is the medic in the back.
The medic in the back controls how fast the ambulance goes.
We can do most of the upfront care that the ER does, start IVs, EKG readings, start drugs etc.
And the pay sucks.

Normally we only use lights and sirens going to the call.
A pt hearing/seeing them can upset them, thinking they are in worse shape.
Will use lights in traffic and only sirens to get attention when going to hospital. People don't give us right of way.

Getting someone to do work is a struggle everywhere. Seems strange that people don't want your money.
Definitely try to get someone to recommend you to a company.
Also if you see a company plowing a neighbor try to talk to them about doing you.

Once was paid hourly. Called the doctors office to see if he was running on time & was told he was. I let them know I was losing hours if I left now but would be OK if I left later. Told he was running on time.
Sat in the waiting room for 2 hours.
I told the Dr I was sending him a bill for my time.
