That's what I saw ok. At the hospital Britt apparently told people he started CPR and he is why Ned is still alive.

Generally speaking, an adopted child is no longer an heir of the biological family.... UNLESS named in a will as an heir.

It doesn't matter who is a proper heir to Monica. Monica made her wishes known and wanted it to go to Tracy. That's what a will is for.
