I will state it did just flat out list my accommodation requests in the first email reply. It helped a ton with the phone call and my neurodivergence. You can send those along in advance of the call, and she'll have them up while talking to you, which will make it go super smooth.

It's an insane amount of work for one person to complete. Truly, they've dropped the ball so massively its a disappointment.

Yes, she's very overwhelmed and apologized for how long the wait has been. She will get to you, but the timeline in the initial email was based on the "about 100 people" number.

She's very sweet and helpful, though, if overwhelmed and out of her depth.

I'm hoping it will be an improvement on the last one, if only by the nature of local staffers, hopefully being better about the whole thing. The Vegas 3rd party workers were actively antagonistic toward attendees.

There's only one person making the phone calls to every person who is requesting ADA accommodations. Phone calls are not the way to go when you have this many people, but they're what they chose to do no matter how questionable.

My conversation with her is why im still willing to go to this event.

She's trying to do everything she can even though it's wholly clear that no one truly gave her the proper details from the beginning.

If you'd like, i can pass along the email of the ADA person who contacted me, but please be aware she's overwhelmed at the moment and doing her best despite being given a job she was unprepared for.
