3. Buff his Evil Scale passive!! This is the one I'd be most excited for, I think. It currently imposes a 0.17 second attack speed reduction on hunters, but some still attack really fast and it's hard to get that reaction time right. I think they could bring it up to 0.25 seconds w/o it being unfair

2. Extend the time a scale is active! Just like one second longer would make it possible to use a scale for terrorshock protection on vaults! Say you get baited into wasting the first scale? You can use the second to make a bit of distance, at least.
