A key to actually healing from pain, trauma, and loss is to keep showing up. Despite the push back, or the seeming apathy of the system, keep getting up, being present and be relentless af. Frequency is always more important than amplitude in this regard. You’ll always win by outlasting ❤️

There's something I always found really special about mixing on vinyl. It has you play with feeling and brings parts of the world so much closer together 🤍

I learned that in some people:
Never forgiving is the only time in their life when they feel a sense of control -usually rooted from being deprived of it most of their lives.
I like the clarity this perception provides me when handling these kinds of people.
To forgive by example is the REAL move.🤍

We hold each other accountable so we can do better, not because people deserve to be punished and irrevocably cancelled.
