1st: No to a Russian/US highway thru British Columbia.
2nd: There’s already a road. In 1942 US engineers built the Alaska Hwy through BC. It goes from Dawson Creek, BC, to Delta Junction, AK. Not a coastal route for good reason: it’s an engineering nightmare. Fjords, islands, mountains. Asinine!
