This is the word for the general concept of cremation. The word for the ceremony itself is formed from the expected noun incorporation: bone + to burn -> “xhavangun”

for reference the hierarchy is:

1. 1st person
2. 2nd person
3. 3rd person animate
4. 3rd person semi-animate & instrument
5. 3rd person inanimate
6. possessed nouns

if you want to raise someome above you (ex 2nd -> 1st) you use the politness marker and that triggers the inverse

phono: l̪̟un.ac.d̪̟aid.an.an saŋ.d̪̟aid.a t̪̟al̪̟.an.oŋg

if that was confusing, the -a (past marker) isnt needed because its implied lexically
