Their voices never, ever failed them. Even as they could barely hear from the screaming and didn't have the modern equipment that assists live performances. I love them so much and thankful for them. I was born in 1962 and musically baptized by them and Motown. Forever grateful for that.

On episode 2 (I have PBS Passport which is included in the monthly donation, and the best money I spend). I have rewatched the Ep 2 opening a few times now, as a band of New Englanders row across Lake Champlain to Fort Ticonderoga. And also Ethan Allen and Benedict Arnold have entered the chat!
