Regardless of the intents and motivations of the original poster, I feel this is a good way to teach others about honesty and clarity in conversation.

Whether they take anything I've said to heart, at least others can potentially learn from this and see the arguments and explanations made.

Coming in hot to people calling them liars, hypocrites, and as bad as the people destroying the US democracy is extremely inflammatory and will obviously spark pushback from anyone you're leaving these comments on.

So I encourage you to look back on this and learn from your mistakes moving forward.

Charlie Kirk was a hateful person. He ruined people's lives and advocated for cruelty and hate. People have every right to celebrate his passing. And being slightly wrong on one thing he said but more than likely believed in by everything else he said doesn't make them dishonest or hypocrites.

If you are honest about spreading truth and clearing up misinformation, your approach could use much more tact and clarity. It's no surprise people have gotten upset at you, and it's not because they're "blinded by hatred". It's because you're being dishonest, whether intentionally or not.

That he didn't ACTUALLY advocate to stone the gays or not doesn't really change any of that. It SLIGHTLY lessens how much he hated them, but even then he didn't say to either. He never said that law was wrong. In fact he called God's laws perfect. Which literally implies he believes it.

As I clearly stated in my first set of replies, whether Charlie Kirk actually advocated for stoning gays or not doesn't really change much in terms of his position on gays.

Kirk was homophobic. He vocally considered gays abominations. He also believed in the "perfect laws" of the bible.
