Ice Hammer's movement is basically like Machamp's Dynamic Punch after the buffs. Also the hitbox on Smackdown's melee attack is around the same as a boosted attack which is to say, really big, as you'll see at the end. #PokemonUnite #Tinkaton

Spider pal does what a spider can do. AKA Tarantriss gets it's double jump back after you let it's grapple complete. Tarantriss' usefulness as a mount in general basically boils down to how good are you at grapple abuse.

Outside of Ice Hammer, which probably got over buffed, it didn't need these buffs. This post on the discord made a few hours before the update ironically enough basically sums up how I feel about emergency pub buffs.

I know that it's scaled down (19cm*20cm*20cm) but I expected Toad to be a lot bigger than what is shown. For reference Purrely is around the size of a house cat being listed as 30 to 40 CM or 11 to 16 inches big which would mean that toad is around 8 CM or only three inches tall.
