one of the greatest strengths of harm reduction as a theory is its flexibility. unfortunately that's also its intellectual achilles heel too.

my initial response to this 'voting should be framed as harm reduction' take is not good. however as harm reduction is increasingly being appropriated anyways and vulnerable to co-opts & infil by design, it might be a fun way to let them have the term for free gas we use to end the drug war faster

im locked out of twitter for thoughtfully asking if someone considered a vital therapeutic in case they were in pain. it's been over a week of an appeal now, longer than the suspension. concerning violence to evidence based medicine and free speech
