▸Budget & Timeline: The most expensive timeline is an unrealistic one.
Start with crystal-clear requirements, break them into digestible sprints, and add buffer time.

▸Ownership & Access: Protect your IP.
Without full administrative access and ownership, you're building a house on rented land.
I've seen companies held hostage by vendors, don't be one of them.

▸Tech Stack Strategy: Don't chase trends
Choose battle-tested technologies with deep talent pools. The "latest and greatest" framework might look appealing, but can you find developers in 2 years when you need to scale?

Purpose:

Provide immediate value to customers.
Establish your brand in the market.
Build a foundation for scaling.

💡 Example: The same app, now with a user-friendly interface, real-time tracking, and secure payments.

MMP (Minimum Marketable Product)
The MMP is the next step. A product ready for a larger audience. It’s polished, reliable, and delivers enough value to generate revenue and build customer loyalty. Think market-ready!

Purpose:
Validate your idea with early adopters.
Understand your users’ needs.
Minimise investment and risk.

💡 Example: A basic food delivery app where users can place orders, but no tracking or payment features yet.

MVP (Minimum Viable Product)

I take it a day at a time and focus on the top 3 things I can manage.

The rest I delegate or outsource. It’s nice to have a team of people you can trust.

I prefer the top 3 to be things that only I can do well.
