Everyone liking the Denmark petition to buy Cali foolish. He would accept the terms, deploy troops to Greenland, then keep troops in Cali. It gives him a reason to use military force against the state. He would love the idea bc the whole concept assumes he won't invade, and he clearly would.

A Dem govt needs to:
- Eliminate ICE/CBP
- Defund DHS except ATF
- Remove those in favor of illegal orders from DoD
- Shut down bases and Fed offices in red states
- eliminate church tax exemption
- remove gas subsidy in red states
- send ATF to red states to find illegal firearms

Giving Trump any credit for bringing peace, which is a dubious statement at best, would be the death knell of the Nobel Foundation. They would be bowing to political pressure and endorsing a tyrant. No human rights loving person would ever accept their prize afain, ever.

When a Dem govt comes in, in addition to deleting ICE/CBP and defunding the DHS, it needs to shift all military assets and facilities out of red states. Decrease recruitment from red areas. Disband SpecOps units. Clearly our military is ok with fascism at the top and willing to be used to oppress.

I still think we need to suddenly and strongly secede California. We have the numbers, we can get the equipment from bases in state, we have expertise to disable space-based resources that would be used against us, and we have the skills to use against the Feds in war.

The bad alternative to full on revolutionary resistance here is to remain completely silent. Eventually the government will change hands (could be a generation), and then use their own methods against them. Unlawful seizure and rendition, secret money, lies galore. Give it all right back.

This government needs a full shutdown followed by a full rebellion.
Stop just protesting. Capture ICE agents. Take their equipment. Form militias. Get body armor and gas masks and gloves.

NATO members need to position nuclear submarines in areas that the US would potentially operate carriers off Greenland, and put destroyers in AO ports in Iceland and Canada. They need to be ready to keep them there until the end of Trump's presidency.

Congress cannot check and balance the executive if it cannot confirm the executive is enforcing laws as it defined. This is how we get authoritarianism - the representatives of the people are made to be subject to the power of the head of state, rather than the other way around.

One day if I become very rich, I will buy wherever has Donald Trump's remains, install a portapotty over it, and allow people to shit and piss on it for 20 bucks a round. I'll put a chili spot outside to help people recharge as needed. It'll be free on his birthday, Juneteenth, and Cinco de Mayo.

I can't imagine a more cruel administration. These people would kill anyone that opposed them if they thought they could get away with it. We have to realize it and fight back with righteous anger, knowing that fighting injustice is not only okay but necessary.
