I ended up using half n' half, and honestly, it tasted pretty great. But it made me wonder. Dearest bluesky, what is your favorite milk substitute for boxed mac and cheese? Do you use yogurt? Heavy cream? Water? 3/3

When I tried to pour the milk and it came out in clumps, I panicked and googled the best milk substitutes for Mac and cheese. The internet informed me that everything from sour cream to heavy cream to cream cheese to half n half were good substitutes for milk with boxed Mac and Cheese. 2/3
