Thanks David! I was motivated after my husband called and got push-back from our congressman's office. After all that work when I called I just got a "we'll pass along your message" 😂 which is I'm sure what happens 99% of the time.

Agreed. I don't really give them the benefit of the doubt, but I do feel more comfortable going into a call having some idea of what I can anticipate them saying and how I'll respond. I got to hear one side of my husband's call before I did mine, which was helpful.

It's usually ok except in the summer when the wind blows the manure pile stench our way.
