My Dad will correctly recognize what's wrong, be angry about the right thing... Only to blame it on whatever scapegoat the Rs have given him. He absolutely will not listen to me. He'd be such a great leftist if he wasn't brainwashed. We have to do something about that too.

Absolutely but not impossible. And as a matter of fact I think how Radical Republicans especially in super safe red districts have become is building a backlash they will not expect. A lot of people are tired of their state reps talking about Chemtrails when people can't put food on the table.

I promise most people reading this if you live in one of these rural Republican states and you walk into your local Democratic party meeting they will almost certainly ask you to be a Precinct person. That right there will give you more ability than you think to push the party in the right direction

Tactics on any new independent labor party. Instead I think the path is people who run as Democrats acknowledging the party is broken and calling on people to make it the party we deserve with their involvement as well.

Man, I wonder if there's something allegorical about sending young people off the murder each other to keep the peace back home that all of these sources could be drawing from, sadly not and everybody is plagiarizing the Epic of Gilgamesh and must pay royalties to the Gilgamesh estate.
