Since we can't depend on the legislative branch this will come down to SCOTUS.And it can go one of 2 ways:Trump will get the ruling he wants or we will have another Jacksonian "John Marshall has made his decision, now let him enforce it!"moment. That's the hinge point. (And btw Trump loves Jackson).
