Racism in Ireland. Unfortunately, gardai only began recording hate crimes and incidents, with categories such as “anti-race”, three years ago. But from the data we do have, we can see reports of racist attacks and abuse has been growing. Link to article in next 🧵

Sexual harassment is disturbing anywhere but somehow an emergency service is a workplace where to you might think there’s less of it. Wrongly.
