today, i designed my workout and diet plan which officially starts tomorrow, feb 2 until march 4. 30 days to get me back on track after a 1.5 month break since the holidays 😵‍💫

i learned one psychology / productivity tip which is to schedule things in advance

it pains me to admit that i may not be made for ‘extreme’ diet changes like a weekly 24 hour fast

either that, or me being in the luteal phase of my cycle is throwing a wrench in my fitness habit building

so while i’m in week 2, i’ll course correct & try smth else

check in again & hope it works

yesterday, i came across “minimum bad day” when building habits and consistency

basically,
have a minimum that keeps your streak even in bad conditions

something is better than nothing for sure

so i made one, and got this notif today

one of the reasons why i got into market psychology… “luxury” brands are more anchored to perceptions & reference points when market decides value

& being in tourism doesn’t make it any easier given its seasonality

revenge walking because despite a successful fast, i gave into temptation (side eyes the kitkat, nocilla, lindor)

yesterday was a real emotional rollercoaster 🎢

and we’re 8hrs in for the 24hr fast i promised to do weekly in these 30days

my last meal was 2:30pm and i also went to the gym afterwards

felt great but around hour 6, felt quite hungry

could feel myself rebooting!!

didn’t break he 2-day rule in habit building and got myself back on track after yesterday’s indulgent hiccup 😅

started the day really great fitness-wise

got my workout in first thing in the morning
finished my deliverable on time
had a high protein lunch

but things happen and i failed to sustain this for the rest of the day

i also think there’s more to it to me than just life lifing

i failed today. gave into temptation of sweets and snacks :(

but let’s turn this into a win.. i learned about the 2-day in habit building and it’s okay to fail as long as it doesn’t happen 2 days in a row

so picking myself up tomorrow!!

been using the ios’ journal app since sept 2024 and consistently logged every. single. day.
