Yeahhhhh. Like it’s not healthy to put anyone on a pedestal, Hussie’s done some stuff that’s actually worth criticizing, but it’s wild seeing how deeply offended people get at their basic attempts to take ownership of their work or making the *mildest* of fandom jokes. It’s weird!

afaik the last *official* word on Hussie’s pronouns was that any are fine — which may or may not reflect how they identify in private, but people who actively work on Homestuck stuff and know Hussie personally tend to default to they/them, so that’s what I tend to use
