My first job was supporting ITIL implementation in the NHS and had that drummed into me by senior staff, some of whom had also written bits of it :) It still pains me when I see departments blindly implement all of it despite obvious signs it’s not working that well for them

If he has an iCloud subscription then Apple can do it. I’ve previously used Zoho with POP3 retrieval into Gmail but the Zoho UX isn’t great.
