In Texas, at a gun show, I was required to fill out paperwork for a background check. I was not expecting that. Maybe it was the particular seller? Better to find individuals willing to sell.

I experienced this with my grandmother. We had close to an hour of lucidity prior to her passing that same evening. It was an amazing thing to witness and a cherished memory.
