31) Inazuma Eleven : Victory Road. Fun, optimistic, with immense love for both the game and the series. Great for newcomers and series veterans. More technically competent games got released this year (Silksong) but I don't care. This is my game of the year.

Surprised that FFXIV, HOI4 and EU5 are on here, given I haven't touched HOI4 since February and EU5 only came out in November. I really assumed I had played other games more. Inazuma Eleven would be on here if I wasn't streaming the main story first.

28) EU5 (2025) (229 hours, 1 full completed run). Difficult, both in a good and bad way. Good in that it is complicated by complexity. Bad in that is difficult through mechanic and event obfuscation. Not recommend for people that are now to grand strategy.
