Last deep hiding stayed for years

Hopefully the owner asked around to other restaurants to see how their Tuesdays are going. Living in this small town for all my life it's gonna be tough to be open on a Tuesday and make a profit

I would have done it at the end of winter (March/April) to expand the hrs to a day we haven't tried yet.

Especially me knowing, personally, I was a nervous/anxious wreck most of the time. Everyone that at least said hi to me tonight I appreciate it. It made my night
