It’s always jarring on social media when you frequently engage with someone, but they post something that may show you really don’t exist for them in the same way they exist for you.

When you relate a bit too much to a loathsome unreliable narrator in the tradition of Humbert Humbert 😟.

The book is Sabbath's Theater by Philip Roth.

I'm starting to realize that NATO is the main obstacle to climate justice.

Love this poem by Gray Davidson Carroll, sent out in the poetry digest by Rattle magazine. Deep apologies, but I have a deadline and I don't have time right now to write the alt text. I will try to remember to repost later with it included.

I tried to write a poem about a couple of situations in which I was a coward. It got too personal. It feels better to remember times when I was brave. Do any of us get through life unscathed?

Countries that have gained the most forests (by planting trees) from 2015-2025: 1. China (by far) 2. Russia 3. India 4. Turkey 5. Australia.

Climate heroes give yourself a pat on the back except Russia whose war activities have mitigated these gains.

Blaspheme and morpheme are word cousins. I remember at one point taking a vow of silence for three days. My motivation was to be a more thoughtful speaker rather than spending the words like a quarter in a jukebox.

There's certainly been lots of uncertainty in the world lately and I know that does not make art a priority, but I'm still here making things.

These are a few of my one-of-a-kind raku vessels currently available and if you could help me find them a home with a like or share, I'd be grateful 🙏

I took a big risk and I’m currently paying the consequences.

If you think the following quote from Chomsky and Hermann constitutes genocide denial, your critical thinking skills have atrophied, but more likely you never developed them in the first place.

Wondering if anyone would care if I founded a multi-art movement called Recursivism inspired by Chaos mathematics. The book of #poetry I’m writing would fit very well into it as recursivity is its main structuring principle, rather than rhyme and meter, breath, line breaks and enjambement etc.

The #film #Weapons takes on a new dimension if you think of the witch character as Peter Thiel, who injects young people’s blood in order to stay young.

Imagine growing up to find out your father had a boatload of children not because he has lots of love to give, but because he sees the low birth rate as a problem.

I thought I’d seen everything. Then I saw a golden eagle pick up a toddler to carry him away and eat him. The parents managed to pry him out of the eagle’s grip.

The next Fast & Furious movie should be a crossover with the Looney Toons and be some sort of Space Jam hybrid. 🙃
