We broke records in 2025!

Our TREE Fund Webinar Series set a new attendance record this year with 7,273 attendees! Thanks to everyone that joined us this year.

We were also able to submit 6,432 credits for CEUs to ISA and send an additional 151 Certificates of Attendance.

President & CEO, Dr. Paul Putman, had a chance to give an update on TREE Fund during the ISA Conference. He was also able to be part of the Town Hall event with Caitlyn Pollihan, Dr. Sharon Jean-Philippe, David White, and Noel Boyer. Always appreciate being on-stage and talking arboriculture.

It was a perfect day for the MAC-ISA Golf Tournament to support tree research and education at Tree Research and Education Endowment Fund (TREE Fund). Kudos to TREE Fund MAC-ISA liaison Rob Shaut and all who supported the tournament this year.

2025 marks the 15th anniversary of the MAC-ISA Ride for Research. Thanks to Gary and all of the riders, including TREE Fund Trustee Emeritus John Lloyd, who collectively enjoyed a beautiful ride to benefit tree research and education at TREE Fund. Paul Putman is at the MAC-ISA conference this week.

During the 2025 Trees and Utilities Conference, representatives from Tree Research and Education Endowment Fund (TREE Fund) and the Utility Arborist Association signed an agreement to continue the Utility Arborist Research Fund Grant Program in perpetuity.

So far, we have received 140 LOIs and have accepted 91 of those for application towards our five available grants for the Fall Application Cycle!

Five grant programs are now accepting applications. The fall cycle application period runs from 8/1 to 10/1. Full descriptions of these grant programs and the application process are available at www.treefund.org/researchgrants.
