I was typing up some but it was too long so here's a screenshot of my checklist (I keep it in my Google Keep app so I can uncheck it and reuse it in the future). I swear by this list though because typically as I check stuff off (no particular order) my head gets better.
A migraine/headache resolution checklist consulting of: water, food, caffeine, daily pills, peppermint and ginger tea, normal headache meds, eye massager, neck massager, sun (vitamin d), hot tub/hot shower, vargus nerve stimulation, orgasm, sleep/nap, nasal spray, migraine abortive pills
