Watched Now You See Me 3 in cinemas last night. Movies that are good but also bad are so back.

checking out Battle Suit Aces by @team.trinketstudios.com and it's really cool to see a deckbuilder game that resists the temptation to jump into the roguelike genre and is instead just wholly a narrative game with combat.

Jeeeesus christ Keeper is so divine. It's making me reconsider what I mean when I say a game is "painterly" and it being this beacon of greatness and beauty in a harsh world sure is an interesting parallel to Double Fine (and more or less any studio) living under Xbox right now. Excellent stuff.

Finally got around to playing the Don't Stop, Girlypop! demo and yeah, this game feels built for me. Earworm pop tracks, bedazzling guns, tamagotchi, movement shooting, a Half-Life-esque gravity gun? I'm all in.
