If cureent patients feel there's issues with care that we need to know about then we want to know.

The Laurels had a reputation for poor treatment. There are a lot of awful stories about them in the 2010s. Current patients that we know seem to be having a generally good experience of care. But they've had to get through the 7 or 8 years of waiting first. And that wait only gets longer.

The changes in the draft guidance will see trans people excluded from the services they need and use on a daily basis, many of us excluded from both men's and women's space in an act of transgender segregation. We expect the upcoming guidance to be little or no better.
