And I don't want it to seem like I don't care by not thinking about their feelings, it's either I'm not trying enough or I'm trying too much and I can never get it right, I'm either too logical or too emotional in situations

It's hard to do that, I analyze what the negative implications can be of what I say and do and then I overthink someones reaction to what I say and/or do trying to figure out what they're potentially feeling in that moment to try and resolve any misunderstanding before it occurs and it's a lot to do
