Delighted to see this published 🙂
Not an agenda for idiosyncratic creative collaborations: sharing stories about trees, childhoods, council estates, roots, blackbirds, textures, up/unrootedness, families, anxieties, darkness, tears, play, class... and much more!

Taken a few days to process this... I've recently heard that I'm being promoted to Associate Professor, from 1st September. I'm so grateful to all those who have supported and cared for me along the way. Dr Bear is raising a glass to all who struggled in school & then managed to find their way ❤️

NEW: The closure of youth clubs in the 2010s led to increased offending and worse GSCE results.

Teenagers entitled to free school meals were most affected.
