I saw a couple of his union shows then. First time I saw him. Saw him many times after that. Probably 40.

I guess I'm not a huge Bowie fan because I never found the song emotionally impactful, though I did find it artistically interesting. I just like it when somebody takes a song in a completely different direction. Like when bluegrass band does Dark Side of the Moon or whatever.
