Is there data on MLS team hamstring injuries? It seems like the Sounders always have players with those. But maybe every team does. I don’t know.

My church #wppcseattle has been gathering to sing the #holdeneveningprayer for about 12 years during the 4 weeks of Advent. It’s such a beautiful way to spend time in meditation and prayer. An evening of soup, bread, community and prayer. Amazing.

Visited my MIL today. She has #Alzheimers and #Dementia. I think she remembered me or at least recognized my voice. Told her I went to church today. That she’d probably remember all the songs. She smiled. What a horrible disease. My wife is amazing through it all.
