With the new capabilities of China #DeepSeek model, it will be tough for Open Ai as it is yet to turn a profit and the competition between US and China on AI will likely be on reasoning capabilities than of the model itself

American AI models took Google, Open AI, Anthropic etc years and hundreds of billions of USD to build but it took China $6m and 2months to build Deep seek model.

There is a dangerous but popular belief in Nigeria that for a bad person who consistently break laws but somehow gets to power eg become President means "It's will of God" which suggests the means he got there doesn't matter
