E. Honda and Chun Li keshis from Japan. The clothing is diecast. I think they are called Full Metal Fighter. I don't know who made these and they seem to be hard to find.

This guy was really easy to beat in the original Street Fighter II, but he's a great character. Obviously based on Mike Tyson; he was named M. Bison in Japan, but got renamed to Balrog in the US version in a name shuffle between three main bosses.
