And I hate y'all are dealing with similar! Defs pass all the damages on to the company and really hold them to the fire. ABC movers in Alexandria had to be told to reimburse me the full cost of my sewing desk a few years ago instead of just a % of a refund bc they busted a structural wheel.

Had a similar issue with some movers in the NoVa area and they just threw shit in boxes and FLEW out the door. Reminded me of how military movers pack everything in sight (once had them almost pack their LUNCH in with some books)
