There was a 4% year--on-year decline in the number of passenger vehicles transported through the Channel Tunnel during January, with the tunnel operators citing poor weather early in the month as one cause:

CAA stats allow us to look at the 20 busiest international air routes (in terms of passenger numbers) to/from the UK during October. This reveals that all bar 2 of these routes served Heathrow and that it was a 50/50 split between short-haul and long-haul.
