We ask that applicants become part of the society to be eligible for annual grants, a standard practice among most academic societies. Membership carries other benefits as well. Minimum student membership cost is only $20 - $30 is for both online & print access to the journal #JTBS

Thank you for pointing this out, we will correct this error - our funding for the GSRF has steadily increased over the years, and is currently $2500, $1500 and $1000 for the top three proposals for both masters and PhD students.
